St. James’s Place 2024 Apprenticeship programme applications are now open. This is the perfect opportunity for students to gain invaluable work experience at a renowned business, whilst gaining up to a Level 7 (Masters level) qualification, all paid for. Our apprentices are hired on permanent contracts and are valuable members of staff, progressing into higher roles and taking on more responsibility quickly after finishing the programme.
Our starting salary is over £20,000, with this rising to over £25,000 annually once your year as an apprentice is complete. There is an opportunity for everyone, with roles in many business areas including IT, Technology, Software, Digital Content, Financial Services, Accountancy, Data and so much more.

Are you a Year 12/penultimate year college student and looking to gain 4 weeks worth of paid work experience? Why not check out our Internship programme!
Our Internships are designed for students who are interested in undertaking an Apprenticeship in the sector once they have finished their studies. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain invaluable work experience to enhance your CV and get a taste of what it is like to be an Apprentice before applying when eligible. The 4 week placement is paid a comfortable wage and is conducted over the summer of 2024. Our opportunities include Financial Services, Financial Crime and Compliance.
